Mr. Mazen Taalat is the Head of Consultancy and Litigation at GHK Lawyers, specializing in corporate law and transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies' equity and assets. He advises on commercial and corporate matters, prepares civil and commercial pleadings, legal memorandums, claims, and drafts various commercial contracts for contractors, subcontractors, sellers, buyers, and suppliers. Mr. Taalat has extensive experience in legal matters related to the Capital Markets Authority, as he prepares legal defenses and provides advice on the Authority's executive regulations. He is also expert in mergers and acquisitions, handling due diligence, and drafting memorandums of understanding and sale and purchase agreements. In addition to this, Mr. Taalat possesses deep expertise in the construction sector. Mr. Taalat holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Mansoura University, Egypt.
