Reem Al-Khaled is a partner at GHK Lawyers and has extensive expertise in the matters related to Competition Protection Agency and Capital Markets Authority matters, including preparing legal defenses, providing advice on the Authority's executive regulations, and representing clients in investigations and before the Disciplinary Board. She is also well-versed in mergers and acquisitions, handling due diligence, drafting memorandums of understanding, and sale and purchase agreements.
